• Catalog errors — a wrong price, a stale photo, a product that shows in stock but is not. These get fixed first.
• Product questions — sizes, pack counts, which line a product belongs to. For medical questions about the OTC products, please ask a pharmacist or doctor instead; we will not advise beyond the label.
• Business and trade — distribution or wholesale enquiries are forwarded to the appropriate people.

About orders

Purchases are completed on our retail partner's site, so order status, delivery windows and refunds live in the account you used at checkout. We cannot see those systems — but if something went wrong and you are stuck, write to us anyway and we will point you at the right door.
