Returns follow the rules of the retailer where your order was actually placed. Their standard policy gives a return window — usually thirty days from delivery — for items in new condition; the exact terms for your order are shown in the order details of the account you used at checkout.

• OTC drug products (First Aid ointment, Bebé) are typically returnable only unopened, for obvious safety reasons. An opened tube is generally not accepted back.
• Cosmetics (the Facial line) follow the same logic — unopened returns are straightforward, opened ones are at the retailer's discretion.
• Damaged or wrong items — photograph the package as delivered and start the return from your order page; carrier-damage claims are the one category that moves fastest.
